Kelly Halcomb- Owner & Program Director

Owner and program director, Kelly (Samford) Halcomb has called Duluth home since 1980.  She is a former Auburn University Dance Team member and Captain.  She has been working with gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders of all ages for over 20 years.  As a 1999 honor graduate of Auburn University, she majored in High School Science Education with an emphasis in Biology.  After teaching Biology and coaching cheerleading at Duluth High School for several years, she opened Cheer & Dance Atlanta with her husband Brent in 2002.   As the gym grew to be more successful, they opened locations in Auburn, GA (2013) and Grayson, GA (2015) to better serve the Atlanta area.  Kelly & Brent have five beautiful children, Emerson Cates (10)  Samford (8) Callaway Ann (6) Banks (5) and Mills (2)... and the best dog in the world, Lily!

Kelly oversees all Jayhawks All-Star coaches, class instructors and summer camps.  She is CPR and AACCA (American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators) safety certified, a member of the Georgia High School Coaches Association and a member of the Georgia Cheerleading Coaches Association.  Kelly has captured three State Championships and a runner-up in Georgia High School as well as numerous National Championships at the All-Star level.  In 2006 she coached the Georgia & National High School Cheerleading Team of the Year and was a finalist for Georgia Coach of the Year.   Since then she has worked with high school squads from all over the Southeast. In 2013 Kelly co-coached the Atlanta JayHawks "Platinum" Level 5 Team who won The Summit Championship in Disney World.  Kelly is also a member of Gwinnet Medical Center's Women's Advisory and enjoys being involved in the community she grew up in.

Kelly enjoys challenging the kids to progress in their skills while enthusiastically encouraging them every step of the way.  She makes it her mission to see every child leave the gym with a smile and a great feeling about their accomplishments.  She is proud of the numerous athletes she has helped train to become college cheerleaders.  Many former Jayhawks have now become successful coaches themselves.  Kelly considers her staff and the families in the gym her extended family and loves building the relationships that will last a lifetime.

Lennon Sullen- Grayson Gym Manager

Lennon is a graduate of Auburn University where he received his 
Bachelor's of Architecture, cheered and served as Men's Coordinator.  
With a background in competitive gymnastics, Lennon has been instructing
tumbling and cheerleading for over fifteen years and was an NCA head 
instructor for six.  He has choreographed for numerous award and 
national championship winning teams across the country including 
Jayhawks.  Lennon joined the Jayhawks family in 2011 and is proud to lead #teamgrayson at our third JayHawks location!

Tiffney Mote- Grayson Office Manager

Tiffney Mote is our Office Manager for the Grayson gym.  She is the mom of 2 beautiful girls Emily, 10 and Ella, 6 and has resided in Loganville for the past 9 years. She was born and raised in Conyers, Ga and graduated from Rockdale County High School in 1999. She received a walk-on full college scholarship to Georgia Perimeter for Fast pitch Softball 2 years out of high school and continues to play all across Georgia for several Coed and Women’s Teams. She has coached recreational cheerleading with LYFA since her daughter was 5 years old, and was the LYFA Director for the 2014 season. She enjoys working with parents and athletes in and outside of the gym.  Both Tiffney's daughters have cheered competitively over the last 4 years and are excited to be a part of the NEWEST JayHawks Gym … #teamGRAYSON!!

Amanda Endicott

Amanda Endicott was born in New Jersey and graduated from Wilmington University (WU) in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science. Her cheerleading career started when she was 8 years old. She cheered for All Star and Middle Township High School. When Amanda graduated from high school she received a cheerleading scholarship from WU. During Amanda’s college career in cheerleading, she won 3 College National Championship titles in 2012, 2013, 2014 in Small Co-ed Division II at UCA in Orlando Florida. She was of Captain of the 2014 Wilmington University National Championship squad. On May 1st Amanda moved to Georgia from New Jersey and became a JayHawks employee. She is very excited to be apart of the JayHawks family.

Simone Smith

Since the age of 3, Simone has always been involved with cheerleading and dance. Born in Columbus, Georgia Simone cheered at Hardaway High School under the instruction of Pam Carter as Pam’s captain and co-captain. Simone attended Georgia Southern University where she danced on the Southern Explosion dance team. Simone received a degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University and a few years later, received a MBA from Troy State University. Simone currently is a Vice President at Regions Bank in Dunwoody, Georgia where she manages a branch.  While working full time, Simone has continued to stay involved with cheerleading by judging, choreographing routines, and coaching all-star teams. Simone has coached at several talented all-star programs since 1998 and was successful with each program winning numerous National Championships.  Simone has judged for GHSA and All-star companies for over 17 years. Recently Simone was elected as the new President of the Metro Atlanta Judges Association starting for the 2015 season. Outside of cheerleading Simone enjoys working out, shopping, and hanging with friends and family.

David Bellew

David was born and raised in Georgia. He has been involved in cheerleading since 2003.  He was a teammate on Apalachee High School's first State Championship squad. He previously coached at Pro Cheer, GA Allstars, and Spirit Explosion.  In 2011 David went back to school and cheered for Columbus State University (CSU).  While attending CSU he placed 2nd and 3rd in division 2A large coed.  David received a cheerleading scholarship from Wilmington University (WU). While attending WU David was a member of the 2013 and 2014 National Championship teams. In 2014 David became a National Champion when he won the UCA National Partner Stunt Competition.  David recently moved back to Georgia and is excited to call Jayhawks his home.
